Thank You Card ~ Life's Storms {1st Post}

I've been having fun playing with my new
Verve goodies and the Mojo Monday sketch today.
For my first card I used the colors red, white and kraft.
I inked up my embossing folder with red ink so
the nautical design would be highlighted.
Next I stamped the circle rope design
and sentiment and framed them in circles.
I added the long rope design to the back strip.
To finish up I stamped then die cut the anchor and ship wheel.

*Card base 4.25 x 5.5 in.
*Anchor, ship wheel, rope, rope circle and sentiment from the Strong Anchor stamp set from Verve Stamps.
*Anchor and ship wheel cut using the Nautical Die Set from Verve Stamps.
*Circles cut using the Nesting Circles die set from We R Memory Keepers.
*Embossed using the Cuttlebug Anchors Aweigh folder.
*Memento Lady Bug and Rich Cocoa stamp pads.

May your day always be filled with love.
