Birthday Card ~ A Birthday Surprise {2nd Post}

I started my card by printing off this cute image.
Next I cut him out with the oval die and framed it up with another oval.
I handmade the banner, die cut the scalloped border and alternated circle cuts inside the border.
I added ribbon under the scalloped border from one side to the other and then added little pearls to the circle centers.
The sentiment came from a new stamp set I just received today in the mail.
