Thank You Card ~ Thanks So Much {1st Post}

I have a thank you card to share.
I had a fun time combining my Ellen Hutson and Technique Tuesday goodies.
First I die cut the arrow frame from blue and black paper.
I used the black negative cut to help my circle trio stand out.
Next I stamped the thanks and added the so much to the arrow.
To finish off I stamped assorted circles and dots to create my design.
I even turned some of the dot stamps upside down to get some additional sizes.

*Card base 5.5 x 4.25 in.
*Circles and dots from the Bokeh Dots stamp set from Ellen Hutson.
*Sentiments from the Fancy Thanks stamp set from Ellen Hutson.
*Arrow frame cut using the That Arrow Card die from Technique Tuesday.
*Tuxedo Black stamp pad from Tsukineko.

May your day always be filled with love and laughter.

Baby Card ~ Sock Monkey {1st Post}

Good morning my sweet visitors.
Switching gears a little I have a baby card to share.
This is the first time I've used this cute little sock monkey image.
I've had it in my collection for a while just waiting to play.
I've also had this border punch for a while and had yet to use it.
So those could be both my old and new for the challenge going on over at
The die cut words are from some new sets I got recently.
After I finished the card design I realized none of my
sentiment stamps looked just right in the space I had left.
They were either too big or too small.
I wanted to do them in three positions to hold the twine lines in place.
The die cut words are the perfect size, secured the twine in place
AND are perfect to describe a sweet baby.

*Cute and sweet sentiments from the Scalloped Die Card die set from Technique Tuesday.
*Hugs sentiment from the Heart Card die set from Technique Tuesday.
*Border cut using a punch from Fiskars.
*Copic markers B32, G21, Y21 aand YG11.
*Twine from my stash.

May your day always be filled with love.
Crafty hugs,
D~
