I would like to wish all of my wonderful visitors a Happy and safe Thanksgiving
{or happy and safe Thursday if you do not celebrate Thanksgiving}.
This is a time for us to reflect on things we are thankful for...
First of all I am Thankful for my family.
*I have the most wonderful husband any girl could ask for. He has been there for me through the good and the bad. I would be lost without you. Love you Hon.
*God blessed us with our cherished daughter who has grown into a beautiful woman both inside and out. You have taught me the true meaning of unconditional love. We have a friendship I cherish with all my heart. Whether it be hanging at the zoo or home I am honored you want to spend time with me.
*My first born who God took too soon for you taught me how much I wanted to be a mom and to cherish every minute I have with the ones I love. You were with me for only a short while but I love you deeply.
*My dear sweet Momma who is holding my little one until I get there. Momma I miss your sweet voice and gentle hugs. I have missed calling and sharing my special moments with you but I know you are always there with me with a gentle hand upon my shoulder. I love and miss you. Thank you for all that you taught me.
*My Dad who always made sure we had a roof over our heads. Dad you made it possible for Momma to keep her children when her first husband passed. And thanks to you two of my siblings and I came along soon after to complete our family. Miss you Dad.
*My four brothers and three sisters who were always around as I grew up. {even when I didn't want company. lol}. Growing up in a big family was always an adventure and I carry with me all of those wonderful memories.
*My sibling's families too many to list here now. Love you all.
*My Father-in-law who is the sweetest man. I know I can count on you when I need you. {and he loves and collects my handmade cards. lol}
*My Mother-in-law who accepted me into her family and treated me like a daughter. I miss you.
*My extended Utah family... You are always in my heart. I miss our visits and hearing your sweet voices. Text messaging and the telephone just aren't the same. Can't wait to see you in December.
*And all my other wonderful family members.. some who are still with us and some who have gone on before us. Love you guys.
Next I am thankful for my sweet and supportive friends.
*I want you all to know I appreciate everything you do and the wonderful people you are. Thanks so much.
I am thankful for a job I love.
*Helping my young students achieve their goals is the most rewarding job in the world. Your smiling faces and hugs brighten each and everyday. Thank you for sharing your enthusiasm with me.
I am thankful for all the bloggie friends.
*You have blessed me with your kind and supportive words. I appreciate all of you and thank you for visiting and leaving comments when you have time.
Finally {since this post has gone on long enough. lol} I am thankful for a warm home and plenty to eat. Not everyone is lucky enough to have that and there are times I forget that. {when I complain this 965 sq. ft. house is too small for instance. lol}
May your day
always be filled with
love.
Crafty hugs,
D~
