Birthday Card ~ Celebrate

I have a birthday card to share.
I started by cutting the lime panel using the die with stitched edges.
Next I cut the orange panel to frame up the balloons.
The sentiment balloons were stamped then die cut.
To finish off I added the die cut scallop element and star.

Thank You Card ~ A Happy Day

I have a little thank you card to share today.

I started off adding an embossed card front to my base.

Then I used some of my yummy Verve goodies.

I stamped up the frame, flowers and sentiment in brown.

Then I colored up the flowers and stems.

I masked off part of the stamp to get just the thanks.

Love/Valentine Card ~ Love You More

How much is that doggy in the window?

I had so much fun using the MCT oval dies to make my shaker frame
from alternating colors on this card that I decided to do another one.
The shaker is filled with little MCT hearts and seed beads.
I combined a few MCT goodies to create my Hey I love you more sentiment.

Love/Valentine Card ~ Heart Shaker

I created a love filled shaker card to share with you today.

I stamped up my own background paper with the sentiment.

Next I linked my two die cut hearts and filled them with some shaker goodness.

I die cut some little hearts, added some seed beads and 

the tiny little gold pieces are scraps that came from the heart scallops.

Love/Valentine Card ~ Sending You Love

I had a little crafty time today so I pulled out some MCT goodies to play with.

I chose to use Miss Emma's photo colors for inspiration.

I was going to make a shaker card but I forgot to add the 

acetate before adding the foam to the back of my heart frame.

{never fear I made a shaker card to share tomorrow}

I didn't want to waste my shiny gold heart so I decided to use it for a window.

I made a little heart tree and added a heart in the sentiment.

Birthday Card ~ Add a Little Metal {1st Post}

I would like to thank Monica at Add a Little Dazzle for the
wonderful metal craft sheet I used on my card.

I won some of her pretty metal sheets a while back and
this is my first time using one...
well you guessed it I've been hoarding them. lol.
She has a ton of colors and they emboss beautifully.
Each of the sheets I received also has a silver side which went perfectly
with the little gear sequins and my favorite bot from Verve Stamps.
I found this new {to me} embossing folder and I thought the snowflakes
looked like the gears so I used it to add a little texture to the metal sheet.
The shaker window is cut using the Verve Jotted Heart die.
Since this heart is the perfect size and shape for my shaker cards
I purchased a second one so I could cut off
the placement holes so it wouldn't cut holes in my base.
