Love/Valentine Card ~ Love You {2nd Post}

I just love this cute little bird and thought he would make a fun Valentine card.
I layered some glitter paper and card stock hearts behind him.
I added a handwritten sentiment and faux stitching to the heart die cut.

Love/Valentine Card ~ Be Mine {1st Post}

After coloring up the lion I used a craft knife 

to cut a place to tuck the sentiment heart in his arms.

Birthday Card ~ Birthday Balloon

I love inking up my embossing folders to get a different look from them.

I wanted to fold the corner of my paper down so I inked up both sides.

It is my first time inking up both sides and I really like the effect.

Thinking of You Card ~ In My Thoughts {3rd Post}

I used some pattern paper that I've had in my stash waiting for me to use it.

I'm sure you know the ones I mean. You loved them, had to have them 

then they found a safe place to hide from the cutting block.

The sentiment I used is is a new {to me} Verve set that is 

full of wonderfully uplifting sayings sure to brighten someone's day.

The other day I was at Michaels and they had a bunch of 

My Mind's Eye 6x6 paper pads on sale for 70% off.

Some of you may know I have a ton of paper in my craft room.

Seriously I mean a ton so I really didn't need anymore but I just couldn't resist.

Okay I fess up I even went back the next day for seconds. lol.
