Thank You Card ~ A Flag of Honor (post #3)

   Oh I have had the most glorious day crafting. We usually stick pretty close to home on the 4th and our daughter is working 12-9 today. So I am crafting and the hubs is having a movie marathon.
  Later I'll be heading to the front yard to see the fireworks set off in the surrounding neighborhoods. These aren't just those fireworks you pick up at the corner stands around here. These ones shoot hundreds of feet into the sky. They are usually really beautiful and will be another fun test for my new camera. I decided to just keep on using my old camera for my blog so I won't put so much wear and tear (and paper dust) on the newer way more expensive one.

*Card base 5.5 x 4.25 in.
*Rectangle cut at 5 x 3 in. then stamped with the CTMH fireworks stamp with CTMH Indian Corn Blue and Real Red stamp pads.
*Banner cut at 4 in. from the Cricut Pretty Pendants cartridge then embossed with the stars folder from the Cuttlebug Skyward Set.
*Flag is cut at 2 in. from the Cricut Independence Day cartridge.
*Larger stars cut at 1.5 in. from the Cricut  Celebrations cartridge.
*Smaller stars from my cut stash.
*Sentiment stamp is from the Verve Stamps So Happy stamp set .
*Sentiment scroll from the Verve Stamps Scroll set.
*Foam tape added to give dimension.
