Birthday Card ~ Flower Basket (post #3)

 I have had this cute digital basket image hanging around my craft table ready to be colored for a while and I finally made a card with it. It is a freebie available right now at Clearly iStamps .



*Card base 5.5 x 4.25 in.

*Banner cut at 4 in. from the Cricut Pretty Pendants cartridge.
*Sentiment is from the Small Phrases stamps set from Verve Stamps.
*Ribbon and rhinestones from my stash.
*Copic pens used Y11, R83, YG03 and E33
