Birthday Card ~ CAS Celebration (post #1)

So here is the card I had envisioned for yesterday's card until my crafting supplies jumped onto it.
I used the same colors and supplies but held back on the layers and added bling.



*Card base 5.5 x 4.25 in.
*Sentiment stamp from Verve Stamps is called Birthday To You
*Balloon and confetti stamps are from CTMH.
*Balloon string stamp from Stampin Up.
*CTMH stamp pad Clover Meadow.
*Stampin Up stamp pads Yo Yo Yellow and Tempting Torquoise.
*Burlap ribbon from Joanns.
 *Ribbon is from Really Reasonable Ribbon
