Birthday Card ~ Balloons Everywhere (post #2)

I am working on making birthday cards for my stash.
I think this little owl stamp is so cute so I just had to use him.
I used the little bunch of balloons stamp to make the party celebration background.



*Card base 4 x 4 in.
*Card frame 3.75 x 3.75 in.
*Card frame 3.5 x 3.5 in.
*Card frame 3.25 x 3.25 in.
*Card front 3 x 3 in. and stamped with balloons from the Birthday Buddies stamp set from My Creative Time.
*Owl stamp from the Birthday Buddies stamp set from My Creative Time.
*Frame and arrow from the Stitched Mini Frame & Arrow Dies set from My Creative Time.
*Sentiment stamp from the Birthday Buddies stamp set from My Creative Time.
*CTMH pens used: Fawn, Cranberry & Green Chiffon.
