Birthday Card ~ To You (post #2)

I have a second birthday card to share with you.



*Card base 5.5 x 4.25 in.
*Rectangle cut at 4.75 x 4 in. then embossed with the cupcake folder from the Cuttlebug Once Upon A Princess set.
*Banner cut at 4 in. from the Cricut Pretty Pendants cartridge.
*Scallops cut using the Spellbinder Big Scalloped Ovals Large die set.
*Sentiment is the Birthday to You stamp from Verve Stamps.
*Foam tape added to give dimension.
