Note Holder ~ Black & White Floral (post #2)

When I saw one of these on Dawn's Sunnyside Up  7/12 blog post I just knew I had to make one.
I changed mine up a bit using supplies I had in my stash.
I made another one for tomorrow's post and have plans for more.


*Chipboard base 4 x 4 in. covered with design paper from the Recollections 8.5 x 11 in. paper pad.
*3x3 sticky note pad.
*Mini gel pen from Staples.
*Small metal clip from Staples.
*Ribbon from Celebrate It (Michaels)
