Thank You Card ~ School (post #1)

A lot of the challenges I like to play along with are having either sketch or school themed challenges.
I am enjoying my crafting summer vacation but as they have reminded me my summer vacation will be coming to a close quicker than I'm ready for.
Once school begins my free time for crafting will be cut drastically.
One of the things I never seem to make enough of are thank you cards for parent helpers so this is a good time to replenish my supply.
I have been working on some school themed mini albums and I have a lot of scraps left over so I used some of them for both of my cards today.



*Card base 5.5 x 4.25 in.
*Card front cut at 5.25 x 4 in. using design paper from the Recollections Back To School 8.5 x 12 paper pack.
*Front panels cut at 4.25 x 2.25 in. using design paper from the Recollections Back To School 8.5 x 12 paper pack.
*Sentiment frame cut from the Mini Bookplate Die Set from Verve Stamps.
*Sentiment stamp is from my stash (no company name on it)
*Oval cut using a Marvy punch.

*Memento Tuxedo black stamp pad.
*Ribbon from my stash.
