Just Because Card ~ You're Tweet (post #1)

First off I'd like to thank Jen and Jeff at Newton's Nook Designs for this cute bird digi freebie.
They have made it available for FREE so we can play along with their challenge.
I started with the bird and cut it out with the scalloped die.
Next I found this colorful design paper and cut it for the card front and paper pieced it balloon.
I added a strip of burlap ribbon and popped the oval frame up with foam tape for dimension.
