Birthday Card ~ Confetti Cupcake (post #2)

The cute little Get Inky bear is back but this time he is ready to party.
I chose bright happy colors to accent the dots and strips in the design paper.
I added glitter glue to make the dots stand out.
He needed a little something so I added the cut and emboss card and envelope.
The sentiment is embossed right into the card front and there are little dots on it also.

*Bear and cupcake stamp are from the Get Inky Beary Special Cupcake  stamp set from Blue Moon Creations.
*Card and envelope die cuts are from the Cuttlebug cut and emboss Love Always set.
*Design paper is from the Recollections All Seasons  8.5 x 11 pad.
*Sentiment is embossed on the card front.
