Birthday Card ~ Lot of Layers (post #1)

I usually try to keep my layers to a minimum since most of my cards need to be able to go through the mail so I try to not add a lot of heavy embellishments to them.
Creating cards with lots of layers but not a lot of bulk can be quite a challenge for me.

*Foam tape to add dimension.
