Well I guess mother nature knows how I have been feeling the last few days...
A little gloomy since my summer break is coming to a close so she is treating us to a cloudy and wet day.
Teaching kiddos reading and math is an extremely rewarding job and I love it but I have enjoyed my summer vacation so much.
Spending time with family...
Our little vacation trip...
Getting to see 6 of my 7 siblings...
Having lots of time to craft...
Making the back to school thank you cards has been fun and I know they will come in handy once school starts.
I have so many things to do to get ready for school and I just can't get motivated to do them today. lol.
Enough about that. Here is my next school themed thank you card.
*Card base 5.5 x 4.25 in.
*Card front 5.25 x 4 in. from Recollections Back to School paper package.
*Stitched 3x4 Journal Die cuts from My Creative Time.
*Banners from the Verve Stamps Flag It Die Set.*Sentiment from the All Around Everything Stamp Set from My Creative Time.
*Sentiment stamped on the circle from the Scallop Stitched Circle Die set from My Creative Time.
*Pig from the Farm Critters and Barn Digitals from Doodle Pantry (formally at CDS)
*Chalkboard and apple stamp from Rubber Stampede.
*Memento Tuxedo Black stamp pad
*Copic markers E02, E33, R37, G19
*Foam tape to add dimension.
May your day always be filled with love.
Hugs,
D~

ReplyDeleteThis card is just adorable! Thanks for your comment! I'm a new follower. :)
ReplyDeleteThis little pig is reminding of the thing they do at schools (flat Stanly I think). They send a picture of "flat stanly" and then you take a picture with "flat stanly" and then mail it to someone else. This continues till it ends up back at the school. So what I'm trying to say is I love seeing how this pig is being used for so many different things.
ReplyDeleteThanks for playing in Clearly iStamp Blog Challenge #5 - Time for School. Hope you will come play in our current challenge!
