Birthday Card ~ Happy Bday Bird (post#3)

While I was making this card I thought the color combo and design would also work for a baby card.
I knew I wanted the scalloped oval frames to be blue so I could emboss them with the cloud folder.
I found these two design papers that had a lot of blue in them.
Since it also included browns I decided to color the bird brown this time.
I paper pieced the balloon and added two clouds using the design papers.
