This time I cut the scraps into 0.75 in. strips and applied them to a 5.25 x 4 in. card front.
After I had them all in place I trimmed off the extra pieces that were hanging over the edges then applied the card front to the base.
These frames would make a fun addition to anyone's desk.
*Card front 5.25 x 4 in. covered with 0.75 in. strips.
*Design paper scraps originally from Recollections Back To School package.
