I placed the cupcake cut from this week's Silhouette freebie on the mat inside a rectangle so I could use the negative cut for my card.
I reduced the size so the cupcake would fit leaving a space above it to add the sentiment.
I sponged all of the white edges with black ink.
I added the striped pattern paper behind to act as the cupcake paper.
I took the frosting cut and sponged it with black ink then added glitter sprinkles.
I finished the card off by adding the sentiment and bow.
*Card base 5.5 x 4.25 in.
*Card frame 5.25 x 4 in.
*Card front cut at 5 x 3.75 in with the Silhouette Cupcake with decorations #47375 cut inside it.
*Sponged then decorated inside negative Silhouette Cupcake with decorations #47375 cut.
*Sentiment stamp from Craft Stamps.
*Glitter sprinkles added using Studio G Glitter Glue.
*Pattern paper from the Recollections Black & White 8.5 x 11 paper pad.
*Memento Tuxedo Black stamp pad.
*Ribbon bow attached using foam tape.
May your day always be filled with love.
Hugs,
D~
