Oh my goodness where oh where did January go?
Can it really be the 24th already? Yikes.
Yesterday I noticed I had a few more followers.
WELCOME to all of you my 97 sweet followers.
(And those who follow by email. You know who you are)
I'm honored to have you stop by my little piece of cyberspace.
Today's card could be used for either a friendship or a Valentine.
I printed off the image but only used 2 of the sweet Doodle Pantry chicks.
I hand drew the letter and die cut the stitched heart.
I followed the sketch from Tuesday Morning sketches turning it sideways.
(I saw at Doodle Pantry that they are sponsoring their sketch challenge)
I used lots of embossing for added texture
*Triple Chicks image from Doodle Pantry. (It's a freebie. Thanks Laurie!)
*Love letter hand drawn by me.
*Small hearts from the Stitched Button Die set from My Creative Time.
*Background embossed using the Cuttlebug Cross My Heart folder.
*Banners embossed using the Cuttlebug Swiss Dots folder.
*Oval cut using the die set from Spellbinders.
*Scalloped oval cut using the Lacey Ovals die set from Spellbinders.
*Copic markers
*Memento Tuxedo Black stamp pad.
Here is the sketch I followed.
May your day always be filled with love.
Crafty hugs,
D~
