Thank You Card ~ A Little This, A Little That {1st Post}

I had a lot of fun with this card this morning.
I had a basic idea when I started.
Use Flourishes, go for the distressed look,
add a button or two, include something metal,
use something both old and new,
create more than 3 layers,
keep with a winter theme yet make a card I could use.
 This sentiment stamp was just what I needed to finish it off.

*Card base 4.25 x 5.5 in.
*Snow scene from the Snow Scenes stamp set from Flourishes.
*Hourglass frame cut using the Perfectly Pierced Classic Hourglass Template Die Set from Flourishes.
*Sentiment from the With Gratitude stamp set from Flourishes.
*Metal Mini Paper Clips from Jim Holtz.
*Buttons and pearls from Recollections.
*Gauze paper from The Gauze Stack from DCWV.
*Vellum from my stash.
*Stazon Jet Black stamp pad.

May your day always be filled with love.

D~
