Thank You Card ~ With A Big Red Bow {1st Post}

Thank you for checking in today.
I know this is a busy time of year for a lot of you so I appreciate it a lot!
The hubs is at work and the daughter soon will be so I'm playing in my craft space today...
For my first card I combined a few themes from a couple challenge blogs.
First I needed to CASE myself so I found this card and went from there.
{See the CASE picture below}
Next I used vellum to create my envelope.
I needed to use some crafting leftovers so I got out a Flourishes bow and ribbon extra I had left from gift card holders I made and added it to my tag.
To top my tag off I used a little piece of leftover ribbon too pretty to throw out.
And since this is going to be a Christmas present "thank you" card I used Christmas/holiday colors.

*Card base 5.5 x 4.25 in.
*Bow and ribbon from the That's a Wrap stamp set from Flourishes
*Sentiment from the With Gratitude stamp set from Flourishes
*Sentiment frame lines using the partial ribbon stamp from the That's a Wrap stamp set from Flourishes
*Envelope and tag made with the We R Memory Keepers Envelope Punch Board.
*Stazon Tuxedo Black stamp pad.
*Ribbon from Little Scrap Pieces.

May your day always be filled with love.
Crafty hugs,
D~

  4. Hey D! That is creative! My eyes went immediately to the vellum envy - what a fun thank you card! I am really drawn to CAS cards without a lot of flowers and doodads hanging all over... and easy to mail! You nailed it with this one kiddo! Thanks so much for taking the time to share your project in the #51 “Anything Goes” Challenge... and Happy Holidays to you and yours!

  6. I was going to use tags of some sort for Thank you but putting them into a vellum envelope is brilliant.
