I wanted to go with a traditional Christmas color combo of red, green and white.
I started with a green base, then added a slightly smaller red base and topped it off with a white card front.
Next I added scoring lines along the edges and paper pierced holes and sequins in the corners.
When I chose this sweet topiary I knew I wanted to decorate it with some shiny decorations to create a Christmas tree.
First I stamped the topiary, colored it up, cut it out and popped it up with foam tape for a little dimension.
I tied a tiny bow for its tree top and attached red sequins for the ornaments.
Finally I stamped the holiday blessings sentiment along the bottom.
*Green card base cut at 5.5 x 4.25 in.
*Red card base cut at 5.25 x 4 in.
*White card front 5 x 3.75 in.
*Score lines added using a the Martha Stewart scoreboard.
*Paper piercing holes made using a Cricut pick.
*Topiary from the Holiday Topiaries stamp set from Flourishes.
*Sentiment from the Country Time Christmas stamp set from Flourishes.
*Sequins from Darice.
*Memento Tuxedo Black stamp pad.
*Copic markers G29 and E19.
May your day always be filled with love.
