Two week ago I got a wonderful surprise...
It was an email from Mrs. Claus {aka Ally from Flourishes}.
That sweet Ally said I got to choose a Flourishes stamp set and a die set.
Well I'm sure you've figured out I was thrilled.
I love my Flourish stamps sets and the one I chose was no exception.
Thank you Ally {and Flourishes} from the bottom of my heart.
{I'd like to invite you to visit Ally's blog here to see her beautiful work}
The challenge this week at Flourishes is to use vellum.
Well after searching my huge collection of paper I finally located my vellum stash.
I literally haven't used vellum in years mainly because I find it hard to create with without the adhesive I'm using showing through.
For this card I used this corner punch to thread the vellum through to hold it down.
*Card base 5.5 x 4.25 in.
*Flowers from the Autumn Blossoms stamp set from Flourishes
*Sentiment from the With Gratitude stamp set from Flourishes
*Scalloped circle from the Big Scalloped Circle Small die set from Spellbinders.
*Circle from the Standard Circles Large die set from Spellbinders.
*Embossed using the Cuttlebug D'Vine Swirl folder.
*Corner punch from Family Treasures.
*Stazon Tuxedo Black stamp pad.
*CTMH Grape Sherbet stamp pad.
*Copics markers E15, Y21, G21, BV00, V17 and YG67.
May your day always be filled with love.
Crafty hugs,
D~
