Birthday Card ~ Black & White Lanterns

I wanted to share another CAS card this time it has layers.
First I stamped the lanterns on white paper.
Next I stamped the lanterns on design paper and paper pieced them on my stamped design.
I found a sentiment stamp that would fill up the blank space and framed it in black.
To finish things up I added the striped paper for a little contrast and to accent the design paper on the lanterns.
