Birthday Card ~ A Floral Snuggle {1st Post}

My sweet husband spent the morning studying...

Our daughter spent the morning sleeping in...

So what is a girl to do? This one spent the morning crafting.

I started by printing off a few digital images.

I colored them up with my new Chameleon markers.

Next I framed up the pansies with purple paper which helped them pop.

Then I fussy cut the birds and added them to one side of the flowers.

To finish up I stamped the sentiment with a Versamark pad and 

heat embossed it with the new black embossing powder 

I received as a prize from the wonderful people at Sparkle N Sprinkle.

Thanks so much it embossed the sentiment beautifully.
