Happy Birthday ~ Kraft & Black (post #2)

This is another one of those cards that started out as a completely different idea. I was cutting the flowers from my new Cuttlebug Harlequin die when the diamonds jumped out and said use me. Of course I had the perfect diamond paper to go with them. I did use one of the flowers and accent pieces from the die, too. The center of the flower needed a little something so I added a half pearl to its center and then a few tiny ones to the sentiment.



*Card base 5.5 x4.25 in.
*Card front cut at 5.25 x 4 in. from the 6x6 kraft and black Canvas Home Basics pad.
*Diamonds, flower and design behind the flower from the 4x6 Cuttlebug Harlequin die.
*Happy birthday sentiment from a Michaels or Joanns dollar set.
*Hemp from the clearance section at Micheals.
*Pearls from Zva Creative embellishments.
