Valentine Card ~ Hearts and Stripes

This wasn't the card I was planning for today's post but I forgot my camera at work....

The card is a Valentine card but could easily be made into a card for any occasion.

I plan on making some love you, thinking of you, birthday, wedding, etc cards.
Just change the sentiment, maybe change the colors a little and wa la you have it.

 

 

*Card base 5.5 x 4.25 in.

*Design layer 5.25 x 4 in.

*White strips are 1 in. wide.

*Heart design strips are .75 in. wide

(Sorry I do not have a complete list of materials. I can't find my notes on this card. lol)
