Birthday Card ~ Hooray {1st Post}

First I cut my three base color strips a little short to allow

the white to come through on the the horizontal lines of my card.
Next I die cut my balloon trio then added twine for their strings.
To finish off I attached them with foam tape for dimension.

*Card base 4.25 x 5.5 in.

*Balloon cut using the Party Balloons die set from My Favorite Things.

*Design paper from the Hip Hip Hooray 6x6 pad from Doodlebug Designs.
*Twine from my stash.
