Birthday Card ~ Celebrate {1st Post}

Good morning. Welcome to my blog.
I have a little water colored rainbow celebration to share.

*Balloon strings from the Sending You stamp set from Avery Elle.
*Water color from Crayola.
*Memento Tuxedo Black stamp pad from Tsukineko.
