Love/Valentine Card ~ Heart Song {2nd Post}

I started out creating my water colored background.
Next I die cut my large heart balloon from flannel.
The smaller one is cut from more water colored paper.
Then I added a little twine and some little beads.
To finish off I added my sentiment on my hand cut banner.



*Card base 4.25 x 5.5 in.
*Hearts cut using the Heart Board Fri-Dies set from CAS-ual Fridays Stamps.
*Sentiment from the Love Notes stamp set from CAS-ual Fridays Stamps.
*Versamark Watermark stamp pad from Tsukineko.
*White Embossing Powder from Personal Stamp Exchange.
*Watercolor, beads and twine from my stash.
