I am kind of on a birthday card roll this week.
To create my background I inked up the bubble embossing folder.
Next I die cut the balloons and gave them some twine string.
Then I fussy cut the little kitty out after coloring him up.
To finish up I attached the kitty and balloons with foam tape.
I can just imagine this little guy laughing and
having so much fun chasing bubbles and balloons.
