Birthday Card ~ Celebrate

I have a birthday card to share.
I started by cutting the lime panel using the die with stitched edges.
Next I cut the orange panel to frame up the balloons.
The sentiment balloons were stamped then die cut.
To finish off I added the die cut scallop element and star.

*Stitched panel, scallop edge and star from the the Blueprints 8 die set from My Favorite Things.
*Tuxedo Black stamp pad from Memento.
