Birthday Card ~ Happiness {1st Post}

The other day I found this paper and just knew it
would be perfect for creating something with summer colors.
The paper design has colorful watercolor squares.
I cut the paper so the four squares meet in the middle.
I did a little paper piecing for the cat, presents and hats.
Next I die cut three banners and strung them up.
Then I hand cut the banner to fit the sentiment.
I finished off by stamping scattered confetti.

*Card base 4.25 x 5.5 in.
*Cat, presents, hats and sentiment from the Newton's Birthday Bash stamp set from Newton's Nook.
*Flag banner cut using the Blue Skies die set from Lawn Fawn.
*Sentiment banner hand cut to fit.
*Checkered Path design paper from Paper Adventures.
*Memento Tuxedo Black stamp pad.

May your day always be filled with love.
