Birthday Card ~ Best Wishes {2nd Post}

I'm in a shaker card mood again. lol.

I used the Viva la Verve wk #1 sketch for inspiration.

I stamped then colored up the flowers for inside the window.
Then I added sequins to the flower centers and around the sentiment.
Next I cut 3 of the pennant trims and layered them up.
I used pennant scraps to add a few to the side.
To finish up my card I added flowers and sequins to the inside.

*Card base 4.25 x 5.5 in.

*Borders cut using the Pennant Trim Die from Verve Stamps.
