Love/Valentine Card ~ Love Dots {1st Post}

This will come as no surprise to my regular followers.

I LOVE to take a stamp, digi or in this case a die cut

and alter it to fit my card theme or design.

I did that today with this Silhouette cut.

It is originally a 3 panel card cut with an envelope.

I used the center "LOVE" panel and sized it to fit my card design. 

After cutting it with black paper,

I backed the letters with white paper I embossed

then added it to the red card base.

Next I attached the polka dot washi tape and added a ribbon /bow.

To finish off the card I added a die cut arrow and two die cut hearts.

*Card base 5.5 x 4.25 in.

*Embossed using the Cuttlebug Swiss Dots folder.
*Arrow cut using the Arrow Die from Verve Stamps.
*Hearts cut using the Stitched Button Dies from My Creative Time.
*K&Company washi smash tape.
*Ribbon from Offray.
