I had big plans to get into my craft room and play with my crafting goodies on Saturday but as they say the best laid plans... lol
Between fighting off this cold, being back at work and regular old life issues it just didn't happen.
I am here now creating until we go get a little something to eat...
Here is the first of my cards for today.
First I stamped the circle birthday sentiment then punched flowers using scrap design paper from my ever growing stash collection to adhere to the centers.
Next I cut out the frame and embossed it with the floral folder.
Then I added some of this pretty ribbon I won from Little Scrap Pieces (Thanks Karen!)
Next I cut the floral square to add to the center of the frame and the scalloped circle around the sentiment again using the design paper scraps.
To finish off my card I stamped the circle sentiment I used for the background on the die cut circle that comes with the scalloped one and topped it off with a punched flower.
*Card base 5.5 x 4.25 in.
*Sentiment stamp from the All Around Birthday Time Stamp Set from My Creative Time.
*Frame from the Stitched "Capture" Frame with Arrow Die set from My Creative Time.
*Frame embossed using the Cuttlebug Bloom Dot folder.
*Ribbon from Little Scrap Pieces.
*Flower punch from EK Success.
*Scrap paper from the gcd Studios Kathy Davis Happiness paper pad.
*Memento Tuxedo Black stamp pad.
*CTMH Grape Sherbet stamp pad.
Hugs,
D~
