For my second card I cut the birthday sentiment paper using my frame die.
Next I used the cute balloon animal stamp to create the background.
I added the 3x4 journal die cut behind the frame then added another balloon animal inside the frame.
I inked up the sentiments and stamped them separately for my sentiment circle then backed it with the stitched circle.
To finish off my card I added a ribbon bow.

*Design paper from the gcd Studios Kathy Davis Hello Sunshine paper pad.
*CTMH Clover Meadow & Dutch Blue stamp pads.
*Stampin Up Yo Yo Yellow & Real Red stamp pads.
