Birthday Card ~ Watercolor Wonder {2nd Post}

The other day I water colored a lot of panels.

I used one of them for my die cut balloons.

Next I created the banner to add the sentiment.

To finish up I added to the bottoms of the strings.

Day 3 Wonderful Watercolor

*Mowed Lawn and Blueprint Sketch Distress ink pads from Ranger. {balloons}
*Tuxedo Black stamp pad from Tsukineko.
