Birthday Card ~ A Kitty For Your Day

I had so much fun sponging my background using a stencil
yesterday I broke out another one to play with.
Next I embossed the center band with dots and zig zags.
Then I hand cut a tag to stamp Newton on.
I colored up Newton and added a sentiment to the bag front.
To finish up I added some beautiful twine I was
lucky enough to win at one of Diana's DL Art challenges.
Thanks Diana. You are the best.

*Card base 5.5 x 4.25 in.
*Cat and sentiment from the Newton's Birthday Bash stamp set from Newtons Nook.
*Embossed using the Dots & Zig Zag folder from Sizzix.
*Sponged background using the Heidi Swapp 6x6 Triangles stencil from American Crafts. {at Simon Says}
*Twine from a Twine Sampler Pack from DL Art. {Thanks Diana!}
*E000, BV23, B05 and B63 markers from Copic.
*Shaded Lilac, Evergreen Bough and Salty Ocean Distress stamp pads from Ranger.
*Memento Tuxedo Black stamp pads from Tsukineko.
*Tag hand cut by me
May your day always be filled with love and laughter.
