Happy Monday bloggie friends!
I have a birthday card to share.
First I stamped up the background.
Then I added it to the green card front.
Next I die cut the balloons from design paper.
Then I gave the balloons a bit of string.
To finish up I attached them using foam tape for dimension.
*Card base 5.5 x 4.25 in.
*Balloons cut using the Celebration Time set from Simon Says Stamp.
*Sentiment from the Celebrate stamp set from Simon Says Stamp.
*Design paper from Doodlebug Designs.
*Twine from my stash.
*Memento Tuxedo Black stamp pad from Tsukineko.
May your day always be filled with love and laughter.
Crafty hugs,
Dawn

I think this might be "the" perfect birthday card. Great background stamping and balloons always work. Just changing the balloon paper and it works for anyone.
