Birthday Card ~ Anchors Aweigh {1st Post}

I'm back again with two more VLV inspired cards.
Both cards have a nautical feel.
I embossed the two blue papers then cut them out.
Next I pieced them back together alternating the colors.
For my first card I stamped the rope circle, added the
sentiment to its center then die cut them out with circle dies.
To finish off I stamped and die cut anchor to add.

*Card base 4.25 x 5.5 in.
*Rope and anchor from the Strong Anchor set from Verve Stamps.
*Anchor cut using the Nautical set from Verve Stamps.
*Sentiment from the Doodled Occasions set from Verve Stamps.
*Embossed using the Anchors Aweigh folder from Cuttlebug.
*Memento Tuxedo Black and Paris Dusk stamp pads from Tsukineko.

May your day always be filled with love and laughter.

Dawn
