Birthday Card ~ Ready To Party {2nd Post}

Happy Tuesday everyone.

I have a little birthday celebration card to share.

First I stamped the polka dot border and added it to one side.

Next I stamped the polka dots then die cut the balloons.

To follow my dotty theme I stamped then fussy cut the hat.

To finish my card off  I stamped, colored then 

fussy cut this cute penguin to hold the balloons.
