Notepad Holder ~ Home Tweet Home

I had so many wonderfully sweet comments on my
1st shaker notepad holder post I just had to make another one.
This time I used some of my Paper Sweeties goodies.

    OMGosh that is so smart, how often do we make shaker cards then give them away, etc. But making a shaker on a post it note holder... super fun! Love it. I need to make one because I can never keep track of my post it's!!
