Thank You Card ~ Pretty Little Peacock {2nd Post}

This sweet peacock reminds me of visits to our local zoo.

Sadly the zoo needed to send those beautiful creatures somewhere else.

 They got complaints stating they were too aggressive.

I can close my eye and still see their beautiful colors.

Easter Card ~ Peek and a Sweet Memory {1st Post}

Isn't this the cutest little bunny.

When our daughter was a toddler she was obsessed with a video 

we had where a bunny kept popping up all over the place. 

Each time he popped up he would say was peek.

Our daughter thought it has hilarious and would laugh and laugh.

Her sweet little giggle made me one happy Momma.

Easter Card ~ So Egg-cited

It has been a while since I played with my Verve goodies.

To be honest my other crafting goodies were beginning to rebel.

Seriously there were talks of a strike, a walk out and maybe even a move out.

So I had to be a good crafty owner and let some other goodies out to play.

I made a little Easter shaker card. Surprise. lol.

I stamped, colored and fussy cut the eggs to fill it up.

I think this cute little chick is really SO egg-cited to see spring come.

Oh my gosh where oh where did the month go?

I can't believe the end of March is coming so quickly.

I was working on our taxes today and realized I hadn't taken a picture 

of or posted my card for the progressive challenge at Deedee's Digi's. Yikes.

Here is my updated photo. The other inside one was yellow. lol.

Just Because Card ~ Just BEEcause {2nd Post}

First I used the bee and heart insect trail to create my background.

Next I used the bee for my main image and to decorate the die cut balloon.

Then I fussy cut the main bee and the heart insect trail out.

To finish up I used the heart insect trail for the balloon string.

Birthday Card ~ Party Animal {1st Post}

First I used the hat and decoration to create my background.
Next I stamped the sweet penguin and colored up his feet and beak.
I stamped then fussy cut a little party hat for the penguin.
To finish up I used the teeny, tiny decoration stamp to decorate
the party hat and to add an accent under the sentiment.

I think this sweet little lamb is a little cutie.

I created the black and white polka dot

Easter Card ~ Eggs In A Basket {2nd Post}

I had fun creating a little Easter scene card.

It is hard to see but the eggs, middle circle and rectangle 

are cut from glittery DCWV design paper.

I created my card using a ton of my My Creative Time goodies.

Easter Card ~ Lil' Bunny {1st Post}

I have been enjoying spring break.

Lots of time off to craft, craft, craft. Yipee!

I just got this sweet little bunny and knew in an 

instant I would use him to create my Easter card.

I embossed my background to give it texture 

and added some sponged color to all the edges.

Baby Card ~ Welcome {3rd Post}

I have a little baby card to share.

I tried to keep it CAS by stamping the giraffe straight 

on my hand cut banner then adding just a little color.

The sentiment is a simple but cute die cut.

To finish off I embossed the background for a little texture.

Love/Valentine Card ~ Heart Beats {1st Post}

I've been having fun playing with my embossing powders.

First I stamped the music sheet with a rainbow stamp pad.

Then I topped it off with clear powder before heating it up.

I wanted to keep it CAS so I just added color with my borders.

To finish up I added the sentiment to the corner.

Easter Card ~ Little Chickie {1st Post}

I have a little Easter chick to share today.

Each year the kindergarten teachers at our school hatch chick eggs in class.

This little guy reminds me of the children's excitement seeing them hatch.

First I inked up my embossing folder to create my dot background.

Next I die cut the circle shaker window and backed it with acetate.

I wanted the chick to pop so I backed the window with pink.

Then I framed the polka dot panel with a little yellow accent.

To finish off I added a little Easter sentiment.
