Just Because Card ~ Amazing Summer {1st Post}

Let me start by saying a great big THANK YOU to My Creative Time's 

sweet Miss Emma for the CUTE flip-flops and sentiment I used for my card.
I was one of the lucky winners in her Flip Flop Blog Hop!
I got this ADORABLE set yesterday afternoon and couldn't wait to play.
I already had a few card ideas sketched out so after dinner
I set to work on some cards. Here is the first one.
I started by embossing my cloud background.
Next I die cut the MCT flip flops, umbrella and stars.
I LOVE how the smallest button dies fit perfectly as flip flop decorations.
I made an extended pole so the umbrella would work at the beach.
To finish off I scattered button stars and little gold stars.
