Mother's Day Card ~ Just Like You {2nd Post}

When I was deciding what size to print

this cute image this idea formed in my head.

I thought if I made one a little smaller

than the other it would look like a Mom and her little one.

Guest Designer ~ Blue Moon Creation Crafting Station Get Inky! Challenge

Welcome! I am so excited to be a Guest Designer
at Blue Moon Creation Crafting Station.
I love playing along with challenges at the

BMC Crafting Station Get Inky! Challenges.

A few months back I won the opportunity to receive

Thia's wonderful Inky Moonbeams Club subscription.

Each month we are sent cute digital images to play with.

When she switched stamp manufacturers Thia asked us to

send her our address and she sent us a sample to play with.

I was more than thrilled to receive the

sweet little giraffe stamp set I used for today's card.

The challenge at BMC Get Inky Challenge is to use die cuts.

I decided to go with lots of circle die cuts,

First I cut out my colored up giraffe.

Then I framed her up with two more circle cuts.

I cut and embossed two more circles with a button design.

I placed them in the corners hanging off the edge and trimmed the excess.

For the buttons in the corner I cut smaller die circles

then embossed them to match the others.

To finish off my card I added a tiny little pink bow.

Just Because Card ~ Rain or Shine {3rd Post}

I wanted my sun, raindrops and sentiment frame to match

my design paper but none of my yellow paper matched so

I colored white card stock with a Copic marker and wa la yellow paper.

I sprinkled some glitter on the sun's center.

I paper pieced the umbrella and boots.

I used the Copic marker to add matching accents.

For this shaker card I cut out the heart windows

so they would overlap a little.

Next I stamped then fussy cut the birds from design paper scraps.

I added them to the stamped lines inside the windows.

Of course these little love birds needed a few hearts floating around.

Then I added a few die cut clouds and scattered sequins.

To finish off this sweet little sentiment kind of says it all.

Birthday Card ~ Fun Flowers

I have another shaker card to share with you.

My shaker centerpiece are some sweet flowers from Lawn Fawn.

Next I stamped the vase on the same cardstock as my

card front and embossed them both with little dots.

I added rhinestones to the flower center for a little sparkle.

A little ribbon/bow and a sentiment and my and is complete.
