Thinking of You...

I have wanted to make something with this paper ever since I got it long, long ago...
I love the colors in it and had planned on using it to make an Easter  card or two.
Well there is always next year.

Today our weather was supposed to be 75 but only made it to somewhere in the 60s.
Tomorrow the rain is coming back so it will be more like spring in our area.

I haven't used this cartridge as much as I should.
It has some wonderful cuts.

I made this card and took its picture then realized I hadn't added the rhinestone raindrops.
And then of course since it is getting late here the outside lighting wasn't the best for picture taking.

The second picture really doesn't show the colors well so I've included them both.
I will probably make a second card without adding the rhinestone raindrops because I like both looks.

*Card base 5.5 x 4.25 in.
*Pattern paper strip cut at 5.25 x 2 in. using the Making Memories Garden Party 8x8 pad.
*Girl with Umbrella cut at 3.25 in. from the Cricut A Child's Year cartridge.
*Clouds cut using a Fiskar punch.
*American Crafts polka dot ribbon from Joanns.
*Button and DMC embroidery thread from my stash.
*Sentiment from Close To My Heart.
*Rhinestones from Darice.

Thank you for dropping by.
Please come back soon.
